ISOTECT 377 is a solvent-based, non-water-miscible corrosion protection fluid designed to provide reliable and long-lasting rust prevention for metal surfaces. Its polar-active formulation removes residual moisture from the metal surface and replaces it with a protective film layer that effectively prevents corrosion.

After application, ISOTECT 377 forms a thin, uniform protective film that ensures excellent protection during storage, transportation, and packaging processes. The product provides stable protection performance across a wide temperature range, including extreme cold and hot conditions

Application Method

ISOTECT 377 can be applied through:

• Immersion processes (recommended for serial production)

• Spraying

• Brushing

Typical immersion time: approximately 1–3 minutes.

Drying time can be reduced to about 5 minutes using hot or dry air systems

Coverage rate: approximately 35 m² per kg.

Film thickness after application: approximately 0.02 mm

Storage Recommendation
